Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Unfortunately, I have had to reorder this showerhead four times within three years because it is not stable. The bracket is insufficient, causing the showerhead to fall easily. Even a fall from a height of one meter onto the floor causes the showerhead to deform and the porcelain to crack. As a result, in the worst case, water sprays uncontrollably from the showerhead, and you can easily injure yourself on the broken handle.
As beautiful as the series looks, once it is installed in the bathroom, you are tied to this product and will not be happy due to the high wear and tear and the high costs of constantly reordering defective parts.
I deeply regret this purchase, especially after having to order four more showerheads at 70 euros each. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I was simply told that it was my own fault and that one only drops a showerhead once in a lifetime, which was my problem.
