Best quality, beautiful design! Everything very fast and uncomplicated. Even the installer was enthusiastic. It looks so good that I'm planning to order the remaining faucets here too. Thanks!

Everything was delivered immediately, lickety-split. The fixtures look at least as great in person as they do in the photos. The feel is truly an experience: the back-and-forth movement of the porcelain lever is so smooth and somehow high-quality, you won't want to stop fiddling with it. Totally elevates our old bathroom and is fun!

Very pleased with the product and service, but dissapointed I had to pay £69 customs duty. I bought from a UK web site, so wasn't expecting this, very misleading and I wouldn't have bought if I'd known.
